Founded in 1984, legendary soup man, Al Yeganeh, set the standard for delicious, world-renowned soups at his New York City restaurant, Soup Kitchen International.

Now with the launch of The Original SoupMan restaurant in Charlotte, Al and his team will give the whole world the opportunity to experience soup as it was meant to be! To bring these outstanding soups to hungry consumers everywhere, Al has teamed up with an amazing group of franchise specialists and food retail specialists.

We prepare our soups based on market availability. Our menu changes daily. Every day we offer:

• One speciality signature soup (crab bisque and lobster bisque with 22% chunks of Alaskan crab/Maine lobster).
• One Meat (Beef, Barley, Italian Sausage, Split Pea with Ham)
