The restaurant’s name was chosen to honor my Mother Angela. Growing up in Naples, Italy, I have very fond memories of my Mother in the kitchen. In “Mamma’s cucina,” everything was right. Every dish was made with two main ingredients, love and pride.
That’s the concept my wife and I designed Angela’s around - feel as if you've been invited into Mamma's house where authentic Italian family recipes are created fresh daily. Each dish focusing on Mamma's two main ingredients, presented in an upscale casual atmoshphere. All served with a complimentary side of tradition.
My wife and I opened the first Angela’s Restaurant in New Jersey and with Mamma looking down on us, it was a success. We’ve built Angela’s Italian Restaurant to thrive on remarkable great food with an emphasis on feeling at home with family and friends.
We feel the success of Angela’s continues when we see our customers leave happy. Because Mamma wouldn't have it any other way!
