It’s Always a Great Day at Buffalo’s 

Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe restaurants offer award-winning Buffalo-style chicken wings with a variety of flavors for every taste in addition to many Southwestern-inspired entrees and appetizers. The menu features a variety of specialty dishes, mouthwatering steaks, ribs, fajitas, chili, quesadillas, wraps, hamburgers, soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts.

Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe restaurants feature western memorabilia, artifacts and photographs telling a story of the Old West.  Each high-back cushioned booth seating area displays its own theme such as gunslingers, outlaws, Indians, railroads and more. 

The restaurant is located at 14015 Conlan Circle in the Ballantyne Quad. Regular hours of operation will be Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.  The 6,500-square-foot facility seats approximately 200 people within the dining room and separate bar area with additional outside patio dining space.
