Free Yoga at Dharma
Dharma offers free yoga to anyone interested on Tues & Thurs evenings at 630pm and Saturdays at 12pm....all you need to bring is a mat/water bottle/ towel/ and most importantly a playful spirit! These classes are taught by RYT certified teachers....Come get your downdog on!
