About Singleton Grading, Inc.

Singleton Grading, Inc. is a family owned business specializing in commercial site preparation and clearing sites for residential developments. Some of the tasks we concentrate on include clearing land, grading for streets and installing storm drainage, just to name a few. Machinery availability is not an issue for we own all types, from large scraper pans down to the mini-excavator.

The family owners, Michael, Thomas, and Connie, have dedicated time and in-depth knowledge to the business for years while focusing on being the most dependable and educated workers in the industry. The principals of the company have more than 40 years of experience in this type work beginning with our father and working with him until his death in 2000.

As a company, we have earned a very good reputation being reliable, honest and willing and able to meet contract deadlines. The majority of the company’s work is in the Piedmont area working with major commercial contractors. However, Singleton Grading is willing to travel to Charlotte, if our work schedule permitted. In addition, we are glad to furnish references if needed.
